All doors now close automatically - don`t block them.

New better motors in block 3 and 4 - you can use your old remote control (mando) - if you need new remote control - go to Batifuen (952667900) best price.
Light censores fitted in all 4 basement.
Plug for vacuum cleaner in the basement/garage

Flowers
There will be flowers in each stariwell as from March

Key for Main Gate and new sign
All owners must pick up a key for the main gate (to open manually if the is a power cut).
Remember from 1 st March we don`t have a guard.
